Complex 5 week rotation schedule

Need help setting up a complex 5 week rotating schedule. I currently have two teams with schedules that each have 2 people rotate being on-call 1 week at a time. I have a new person who will providing backup support for both teams and want to add him into the rotation such that he will be on team1 for week 3 of the first 5 week team schedule and for week 1 of the second 5 week team schedule, and then repeat.
[Team1 - W1(emp1); W2(emp2); W3(emp3); W4(emp1); W5(emp2)]
[Team2- W1(emp3); W2(emp4); W3(emp5); W4(emp4); W5(emp5)]
